Return Policy Shipping and handling and Hazmat charges are nonrefundable. No product may be returned without prior authorization and a Return Goods Authorization Number (RGA#). All returned items are subject to a restocking fee. With the exception of items on manufacturer warranty, requests to return items after thirty days will be subject to managerial approval and will be charged a minimum 25% restocking fee. In most cases, credit will be issued on account to be used against future purchases. Items must be returned within seven days of the date an RGA is issued or no credit will be issued. Items being returned must be in resaleable condition. |
